Girl and Flowers by Walasse Ting is an original artwork with acrylic paint on rice paper. It’s neon colours and fluorescence depict three girls posing with flowers. Many of Ting’s works are simply named for their subject matter.

Walasse Ting was a Chinese-American painter, graphic artist, sculptor and poet. Ting’s unforgettable paintings “fuse dancing brushstrokes with vivacious neon colours. His subjects are joyful: parrots, flowers, cats and beautiful women in bright pinks, oranges, blues and greens.” (Source: Catto Gallery).

Ting is an internationally renowned artist whose work can be found in permanent international collections such as the Guggenheim Museum, the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Tate Modern Museum in London, Centre Pompidou in Paris, and the Hong Kong Museum of Art.
