Niagara Parkway by Canadian artist Chantal Poulin, shows a scenic fall day along Niagara-on-the-Lake’s infamous parkway. Fallen leaves, the setting sun and glimpses of the Niagara River paint a poetic scene in his landscape work of art.

The Cannery houses a collection of local landscapes by Poulin that depict the vineyards and terrain in which surrounds Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Poulin and her husband, Eric Durocher, settled in Niagara-on-the-Lake and opened a gallery in a 19th century Georgian manor on the scenic Niagara River Parkway. It is during this time that Poulin created the pieces that hang on these walls.

Poulin’s impressionist landscapes launched her career 1978. She’s since shifted to expressionist still life’s and total abstraction. Durocher has since left Niagara-on-the-Lake and now resides in Costa Rica.
